Ground floor
The entrance vestibule leads to a lounge and a large kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle washing machine and dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery and pans are included. Also included on the ground floor is a bedroom suitable for the elderly or infirm with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a walk in shower with seat, WC and basin.

NEW ADDITION A PRIVATE ABOVE GROUND  POOL FOR USE BY THE ROBINS COTTAGE.

The lounge is a open plan room with beautiful views of both the front and rear gardens. The French style stone fireplace houses a log burning stove (logs provided free of charge). Also provided is a TV receiving Sky Freeview channels.

First floor
The Robins sleeps up to 9 people. There are 2 large family bedrooms. The master bedroom has a KINGSIZE bed and a single bed that can be enlarged to make a double.  This also has en suite facilities with a shower cubicle. The second bedroom has a double bed with an additional single bed. A cot and a highchair are also available together with additional folding single bed if required.

Heating
There are electric convector heaters in all rooms and a wood burning stove in the lounge.

Bedding
All bedding is provided.

GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN LARGE BATH TOWELS OR BEACH TOWELS.

OUTSIDE -Large gardens with garden furniture, BBQ and ample parking for two cars.
